On the evening of October 8, 2015, the City Council of Palm Beach Gardens unanimously gave FINAL approval to United Technology’s proposal to build the Center for Intelligent Buildings at Alton.
Two 5-story towers will be connected by a large central atrium totally 241,400-square-foot complex. It will be part of the 700,000-square-foot proposal and close to Donald Ross road.
The project will keep 70 jobs in the area, and create 380 new ones. Maybe the new people can live in the Atlantico apartments, or purchase a nice Kolter home at Alton and walk to work!!The city planners expect the city will be visited by people from all across the country and throughout the world.
Good for the city, the county and the state!!!
